Also, Wargaming.net, or its users, shall not be liable for using the products and services of the Participant.

If the operation of product or service of the Participant requires provision of personal user data (user name, email address, password, etc.), it is not allowed to use this data for commercial purposes, i.e. collect, store or transfer it to third parties. This information is intended for end user personal purposes only.

  7. If the number of monthly active users (MAU) of the Participant’s service is more than 150,000 (or is expected to exceed this limit), or if the number of the Participant’s service requests to WG Public APIs is more than 10 per second from the IP address of the Participant’s server (or is expected to exceed this limit), the Participant shall contact Wargaming.net to agree additional terms (Russia, Europe, North America, Asia).
  8. Wargaming.net reserves the right, at its own discretion, to limit the number and/or frequency of requests from the product or service of the Participant to WG Public APIs in case if there are reasons to suggest that the Participant attempted to surpass or evade restrictions set by Wargaming.net. Also, Wargaming.net reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block access to WG Public APIs for the product or service of any Participant. Wargaming.net shall not be held liable to the Participant or any other person in this situation.

It is prohibited to use icons, buttons and forms in the elements of the Participant’s resource interface, as well as use of other user interface elements that are similar to interface elements of the Wargaming.net products and services and may mislead the end user due to their association with the Wargaming.net products and services.
  10. It is prohibited to use trademarks and design elements belonging to Wargaming.net.
  11. It is prohibited to use WG Public APIs in the products and services of the Participant, that partially or completely duplicate the functionality of the main products and services of Wargaming.net without the prior consent of Wargaming.net.
  12. It is prohibited to use data obtained under WG DPP by any search engines and advertising networks without the prior consent of Wargaming.net.
